Birth Doula Services

For expecting mothers who would benefit from physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. My goal is to help you feel prepared and empowered to conquer your birth in any setting (home-birth, birth center, or hospital).

Labor & Birth

You will appreciate the unique role of a doula as an experienced birth worker, support person, and advocate when it comes to hand on pain management techniques of navigating the intricacies of the medical field.

Postpartum Follow Up

This will be an at-home wellness visit to see how you and the little one are doing ♥️

Prenatal Visits

I am trained to provide evidence-based care focused on educating parents about pregnancy and birth. We will discuss preferences and create a birth plan, as well as practice positions for labor.

Postpartum Doula Services

I'm here to support you through those challenging, yet joyful times of adjusting to the new addition to your family. I can provide care focused on the recovery of the mother, health of the child, and well-being of the entire family.

Care of Baby

I can teach swaddling, help with baths, provide support for proper latch or bottle feeding tips.

Care of Family

We can discuss nutrition, create meal plans, and I can prepare meals/snacks for the family. I can help parents understand their own needs and how to balance self care with family needs.

Care of Mom

I will be there to listen as you process your birth and discuss potential concerns for postpartum depression or anxiety. I will help with comfort and healing after birth. I can care for newborn and siblings while you rest.

Care of The Home

I'm more than happy to do any household chores and tidy up where needed.
